Steps To Book:
1. To book a personalised service with our pillow expert, there will be a $20 booking fee before you schedule your appointment. This is to avoid any last minute cancellation and no-show situation. The $20 fee will be reimbursed during your appointment.
2. Please proceed to add the number of appointments you wish to book. One appointment is only for one person. If you have 2 people coming for the appointment, please add 2 into your order.
3. After you have completed the check out, you will receive an invoice number in your email.
4. Please go to our booking page and quote the invoice number.
5. After your appointment is confirmed, you will receive a Whatsapp message from us on the details.
